These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by Laser Therapy, including laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, and polynucleotides.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Appointments & Cancellation Policy
- Laser Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or missed appointments may result in:
- Loss of deposit, or
- Deduction of one session from a prepaid course
- For prepaid packages, failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in forfeiture of that appointment.
Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking and rescheduling appointments as far in advance as possible.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a missed appointment.
Consultations & Treatment Plans
- All treatments begin with a consultation to assess suitability and discuss expectations.
- Treatment plans are personalised and may change depending on progress, skin response, or medical factors.
- Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Laser Hair Removal – Important Information
- Laser hair removal requires multiple sessions. A course of 6–10 treatments is typically recommended, though some clients may require more.
- Laser hair removal provides permanent hair reduction, not guaranteed permanent removal.
- Maintenance or top-up treatments may be required.
- Results vary based on hair colour, skin tone, hair density, hormonal factors (including PCOS), and medications.
- Laser hair removal is effective only on dark hair. Blonde, red, grey, or white hairs cannot be treated.
Patch Test Requirement
For safety reasons, a patch test may be required at least 24–48 hours prior to certain treatments, particularly laser procedures.
Laser Therapy reserves the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed where required.
Treatment Suitability & Medical Disclosure
Laser treatments may not be suitable if you are:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Photosensitive
- Immunocompromised
- Diabetic
- Experiencing active infections, herpes, shingles, or skin conditions
- Taking medications that increase light sensitivity
You must inform your therapist of:
- Any medical conditions
- Any changes in medication or health
- Any tattoos in or near treatment areas
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect results and safety.
Right To Refuse Treatment
Laser Therapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable, presents a medical risk, or fails to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.
Treatment may also be refused in cases of inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or abusive conduct towards staff.Shape
Pre & Post-Treatment Responsibilities
- Treatment areas must be shaved 12-24 hours prior to laser hair removal.
- Waxing, plucking, bleaching, or depilatory creams must not be used during a course.
- Sun exposure and tanning (including fake tan) must be avoided:
- For 6 weeks before and after treatment
- Fake tan must be stopped 2 weeks prior
- You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided.
Risks & Possible Side Effects
While treatments are generally safe, possible risks include (but are not limited to):
- Redness, swelling, warmth, or sensitivity
- Bruising or blistering (rare)
- Pigment changes (temporary or, rarely, permanent)
- Infection (very rare)
- Scarring or textural changes
Protective eyewear will always be provided and must be worn during laser treatments.
Injectable Treatment Policy
Treatments involving prescription products (such as anti-wrinkle injections) require consultation.
Some injectable treatments may require a cooling-off period before treatment is administered.
Treatment will only proceed once medical suitability has been confirmed.
Photography & Confidentiality
- Treatment photographs may be taken for clinical records and progress comparison.
- All images and personal information are kept strictly confidential.
Prepaid Treatment Packages
- Discounted pricing applies to prepaid courses only.
- Prices shown on the website are based on prepayment.
- Areas included in a package cannot be removed or exchanged for a refund.
- Package areas must be treated within the same appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings and payment must be made in advance.
- Photo ID may be requested.
Package Expiry Dates:
- Single session: 3 months
- Course of 3: 18 months
- Course of 6: 18 months
Promotions & Special Offers
- All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Promotions, discounts, and flash sales are offered at the clinic’s discretion and governed by specific terms.
Refund Policy
- Treatments and packages are non-transferable.
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with UK Consumer Law if a service or product is faulty.
- If a client is medically unable to continue treatment, a doctor’s letter is required.
- Approved refunds are subject to a £40 administration fee.
- If pregnancy occurs during a course, treatments may be paused or a voucher issued for remaining balance (no cash refund).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Age Policy
- Clients must be 18 years or older to receive laser or skin treatments.
Liability Limitation
Laser Therapy will not be held responsible for complications arising from:
- Failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Undisclosed medications
- Sun exposure or tanning before/after treatment
Payment Methods
Laser Therapy accepts:
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apply Pay. Google Pay.
Data Protection
All personal information is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments.
